Aguachile is a traditional dish from Mazatlán, the hometown of Chekes, located in the state of Sinaloa, Mexico 🇲🇽.

This version features a mouthwatering mix of rib-eye steak, octopus, and shrimp, all finished with a bold chiltepin* chili sauce. Served with warm tortillas and homemade salsas.

*Chiltepin is a rare chili native to the Sonoran Desert. It’s hand-harvested by skilled farmers, as it grows wild in the natural habitat of rattlesnakes 🐍.
