Cheke’s Mexican Food restaurant is run by us, Ezequiel Arredondo Madrid and Fabienne Pfeuti. We met in Mexico in 2015, got married in Switzerland in 2017, and over the years the idea of starting our own business developed.
Cheke studied marine biology in Mexico and worked for over 15 years in various restaurants, gaining extensive experience in preparing Mexican dishes. Since arriving in Switzerland, he has worked in several restaurants, getting to know the Swiss gastronomy scene. Fabienne Pfeuti is a primary school teacher. Together, they have three children.
